About Jean Couch

Jean Couch started teaching Spinefulness (then called Balance) in 1992. She has worked closely with Noelle Perez, the pioneer researcher whose ground-breaking observations of cultures with pain-free posture are the basis of this work.

Taking a workshop with Jean is like learning relaxation from the source.
