Experience the transformative power of Spinefulness in a two-day workshop with Jean Couch, the leading Spinefulness teacher in North America.

Jean Couch started teaching Spinefulness (then called Balance) in 1992. She has worked closely with Noelle Perez, the pioneer researcher whose ground-breaking observations of cultures with pain-free posture are the basis of this work: a revolutionary understanding of posture that teaches us the most efficient and relaxed way to live in a human body.

Taking a workshop with Jean is like learning relaxation from the source.

Foundations Weekend: Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12:

  • Reduce back, neck, shoulder, joint, and foot pain.
  • Optimize artistic and athletic performance.
  • Reduce stress, tension, and headaches.
  • Have fabulous posture

This is the most important physical class you will ever take. Learn to sit, stand, bend, walk, sit in your car, lift and carry, and lie on your side and back without pain. You will become aware of what you are doing that is causing you pain, and at the end of the seminar you will know what to do to feel better. The course is a huge eye-opener.

Hours: Saturday and Sunday, July 11, 12, 9:30 am to 4 pm.

Cost: $420 including GST. $315, including GST  if you have taken a previous Spinefulness Weekend Intensive or series. Payment by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
