Foundations of Spinefulness is the class that teaches you the basic vocabulary of everyday positions and movements that relieve pain and restore your natural strength. Reduce or eliminate pain, learn how to relax, make space between vertebrae and in joints. You can restore your youthful flexibility and strength at any age.

Learn not only how to recover, but also how to prevent wear and tear and how to relax and rest in sitting, standing and walking.

As you integrate Spinefulness you will find that you have power over how you feel. When something hurts you will know what to do so you feel better instantly.

Weekly Series:

Four or five two-hour sessions usually on Thursday evenings. Learn in a small group with individual assessment and hands on adjustment.

Next date: April 25 to May 16. $295 + GST = $309.75. Returning students who have already taken a Spinefulness weekend or series, $250 + GST = $262.50.

Weekend Intensive:

Accelerate your learning with 10 hours of class over the course of a weekend.. Good for out-of-towners, or to accelerate your progress. $350 + GST, early bird, $300. Returning students who have already taken a Spinefulness weekend or series, $250 + GST = $262.50. Next date: TBA

Private and semi-private classes:

Can’t work a Foundations weekend or series into your schedule? Spinefulness private and semi-private classes are an option for those who cannot come to class times or want individual attention.

One person: Four one-hour classes, $400, paid in advance, $125 for a single session. Two people: Four one-hour classes, $440, paid in advance, $135 for a single session.
